(TSX: WB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its
second quarter dividend of $0.24375 per share payable on April 27, 2012
to holders of common shares of record on April 24, 2012.

Cash Store Financial Inc., a Canadian payday lender, more commonly
known as The Cash Store or Instaloans, to comply with the law and
refund unlawful fees charged to their customers since late 2009.
Our 2010 investigation concluded that Cash Store Financial was charging
customers more than the maximum legal amount of $23 per $100 on payday
loans by charging additional fees to issue loans on cash cards. The
payday lender was issued a Compliance Order in November 2010 to stop charging the unlawful fees and refund customers.
