Which athlete will be crowned the first Most Valuable Player of the TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival?

This year, the stakes are even higher for competitors in the World Skiing Invitational and the Old Spice World Snowboarding Classic, April 13-22 2007.

The Canadian skier or rider who out-spins, out-jumps and out-grinds their competitors across the Festival’s four sporting events and receives the most votes at the on-site Pontiac display will receive the Peak Performer award and will squeal out of town in a slick, black Pontiac G5 GT.


HOW WILL ATHLETES WIN POINTS?

Points will be awarded to the top 10 Canadian Finishers in each athletic event - the Stompede, the Rail, the SuperPipe and the Big Air. Points will also be awarded for the Canadian Athlete receiving the most votes from the public on-site at the festival. Be sure and visit the Pontiac display in Village Common to help your favourite Canadian athlete move up the rankings!
