TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival Video Upload Contest

Official Rules & Regulations

The Festival Video Upload Contest (“Contest”) is conducted by the producers of the TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival (TWSSF).

Description and Approximate Retail Value of the Prize

There are 20 Sony Walkman® Video MP3 players with 2GB memory capacity and 2 -Inch Colour LCD (choice of Black or White) Model number #NW-A805, available to be won in total. Two (2) will be given away each day for 10 days.

The Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $169.99.

Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.   Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutes.

TWSSF reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component thereof for those of approximately the same retail value and reserve the right to terminate or withdraw this Contest

at any time, without prior notice.

Contest Entry and Eligibility Restrictions

The contest runs from April 13 th , 2007 at 12:00pm to April 22 nd , 2007 at 4:00pm.

This contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age or majority in their province or territory of residence excluding employees of the TWSSF, Sony of Canada Ltd., their advertising and promotion agencies and the independent judging organization. The Contest is not open to residents of Quebec or where prohibited by law.

The odds of winning the Contest depend on the total number of entrants each day of the Contest.

To Enter

1. Please shoot your very own video from the TWSSF event and go to the Yahoo! Canada booth and/or upload to video.yahoo.ca/upload

2. Send an e-mail to twssfuploads@yahoo.ca with your first/last name, contact phone number and title of your video to confirm your entry.

You can enter as often as you like.   No purchase necessary to enter.

Selection of Winner

Two (2) winners will be selected each day by a panel of judges. Judges will select their favourite videos based on creativity, quality, uniqueness and style. Each entrant may only win once during the contest period.

Contest runs daily from April 13 th to April 22 nd , 2007.   Daily entries are from 11:59:59am to 11:59:59pm.

Winners will be contacted via email by May 4th for prize fulfillment. Prizing will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving a signed release form.

The judges are not responsible for any e-mail or computer-related problems the Winner may experience in sending or receiving the notification and confirmation e-mail referred to above.

Conditions

The Contest prize may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.

By entering the contest, all entrants consent to allowing the TWSSF to use their entries for future promotional purposes relating to the TWSSF without further permission or compensation.

The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

The TWSSF reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in breach of these rules. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the TWSSF which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, the TWSSF reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, the TWSSF reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

By entering this Contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood and accepted these Contest rules and regulations, and voluntarily assumes all risks in connection with the Contest, the prize and their use.

TWSSF bears no responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, damage, pain, suffering, inconvenience, loss, injury or death arising out of or in connection with winning or using any aspect of the prize or in any way taking part in the Contest.

All rules are subject to change without notice.

All TWSSF decisions with regard to the awarding of the prize package, the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final.
