The
TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival
is proud to support the
Zero Ceiling
Society of Canada.
APRIL 13-20
Donated prints and pieces from world-renowned artists whose work has been featured
in the Festival’s Pro Photographer Showdown and Brave Art, like Kevin Zacher,
Paul Morrison and Aaron Chang, will be on display at the TELUS Conference Centre
from April 13-20, giving Festival attendees the chance to make a difference to
their walls, and to the world beyond their walls. Place a bid on any of the pieces
in the silent auction for a chance to take home proof of the inspiration of the
mountains. At the same time, you’ll be helping Zero Ceiling’s
Work to Live program to expand.
Zero Ceiling was founded by former pro skier Chris Winter in 1997 to offer innovative
snowboarding and summer programs to at risk and street youth from Vancouver,
the Sea to Sky corridor and Montreal to the slopes of Whistler BC, the Laurentians
and Mont Tremblant Quebec. Some come for the day. Some come for life. Through
adventure-based learning, employment skills training and personal development,
Zero Ceiling is making a difference.
